ABIGAIL WAHL (Lorna) is an Ohio native and holds READY FOR THE RIVER close to her heart. She is hu
mbled and blessed to work with Ed & Rabbit Hole Ensemble to revive Neal Bell's beautifully haunting play. Theatre credits include: THE LITTLE PRINCE, THE RIMERS OF ELDRICH, WHALE MUSIC, OVID’S METAMORPHOSES, LOVE’S LABOUR’S LOST. Currently working on a film adaptation of THE LEGEND OF ZELDA video game series. Stage combat enthusiast and romance novel Audible.com narrator. Recent NYU/Stella Adler grad with double major in Theatre and Medieval & Renaissance Studies.

PLAYWRIGHT

NEAL BELL’S plays, including SPATTER PATTERN (Edgar Award), MONSTER, TWO SMALL BODIES, RAW YOUTH, COLD SWEAT, SLEEPING DOGS,
RAGGED DICK, ON THE BUM, and SOMEWHERE IN THE PACIFIC, have appeared at Playwrights Horizons and Classic Stage Company in New York, and at regional theaters including Berkeley Repertory, Mark Taper Forum, South Coast Rep, La Jolla Playhouse, and Actors Theaterof Louisville, where his ten-minute play OUT THE WINDOW was a co-winner of the 1990 Heideman Award. Mr Bell has been a playwright-in-residence at the Yale School of Drama, and has taught playwriting at New York University, Playwrights Horizons Theater School, and the 42nd Street Collective. He is currently a member of the Theater Department faculty at Duke University. A recipient of fellowships from the Rockefeller Foundation, the National Endowment and the Guggenheim Foundation, Mr Bell was awarded an Obie Award in 1992 for sustained achievement in playwriting.


DIRECTOR

EDWARD ELEFTERION is the Artistic Director and founding member of Rabbit Hole Ensemble, a critically acclaimed
Brooklyn-based theatre company. Awards: NYIT (New York Innovative Theatre) Award for Outstanding Director, 2008; MITF (Midtown International Theatre Festival) Award for Outstanding Direction, 2007.  Nominations: Outstanding Choreography / Movement, NYIT Awards 2009, and Outstanding Lighting, MITF 2007.  Publications: ALONE, BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES, THE SIBLINGS, and A ROPE IN THE ABYSS. Notable productions: THE TRAGIC STORY OF DOCTOR FRANKENSTEIN, CANDIDE AMERICANA (FringeNYC 2009); SHADOW OF HIMSELF (world premiere by Neal Bell), BIG THICK ROD (FringeNYC 2008), THE NIGHT OF NOSFERATU, THE TRANSFORMATION OF DOCTOR JEKYLL (FringeNYC 2006); THE SIBLINGS (MITF 2006). Memberships: Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC); Lincoln Center Directors Lab; New York Theatre Workshop's Usual Suspects.  Education: BFA from NYU's TISCH School of the Arts; MFA from Indiana University. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Hofstra University where he has served on the faculty since 2001.
